Documentary Requirements
Must have complete grades from previous semester.
Note for RETURNING STUDENTS:
If there is a change in curriculum, you need to comply the Approved Course Accreditation Form, as additional requirement.
You may secure the Approved Course Accreditation Form at the Registrar’s Office for approval.
Proceed to EDP for updating/posting of courses, prior to online enrollment.
