For Item No. 1 – Familyโs Proof of Income includes any one (1) of the following: (See Table in the post)

| Self-Employed and Having Low Income (e.g. farmer, fisherman, laborer, habal-habal driver, carpenter, mason, barber, etc) | Barangay Certificate of Low Income stating the source and amount of income every month |
| No Work and Depending only to Remittances of Financial Assistance (e.g. pension, remittances from family member/relative, etc.) | MSWD Certificate/Barangay Certificate stating that Family Head or Parents have no work, and the nature and amount of remittance/financial assistance received |
