As per issued Memorandum No. 149 from the SUC President III, dated April 13, 2021, due to the rising COVID-19 cases in the Province of Bohol, the conduct of entrance examination for A.Y. 2021-2022 is hereby SUSPENDED. Applicants will be ranked based on their Junior High School (JHS) Grade 10 grades/4th Year High School Grades.
The application period will be on April 15, 2021 – May 31, 2021.
The application will be submitted online, through the admission application portal: https://admission.bisu.edu.ph
Note: Applicants who have already sent their application will be REQUIRED TO RE-APPLY to comply with the new requirements.
Requirements:
1. Certificate of Good Moral Character
2. 1 2×2 picture, recent colored formal picture with a nametag and plain background
3. JHS Grade 10 grades and 1st Semester SHS Grade 12 grades (for applicants from the new curriculum)
4. 4th year HS grades (for applicants from the old curriculum)
5. Informative Copy of TOR or Report of Grades from the last semester attended (for transferees)
